The service of UplandKnights.com is provided to you (the Player) for free under the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer. By playing UplandKnights.com you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer.

UplandKnights.com makes no warranty that the game will meet your requirements or any specific purpose you have in your mind, nor that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does UplandKnights.com or any of its information providers, employees, agents, and officers make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the service.

UplandKnights.com disclaims all warranties of any kind. By playing UplandKnights.com, The Player understands and agrees to use our service at your sole risk.  

The Player understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded is done at the Players own discretion and sole risk.

The Player will be solely responsible for any damage done to the Players computer or data loss due to playing UplandKnights.com. No advice or information obtained by the Player from Uplandknights.com and/or UpalndKnights.com Development Team, whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

The Players right to use the service granted by UplandKnights.com is personal to the individual. The service is provided to the Player only and is not transferable. The Player is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Furthermore, the Player is totally responsible for all actions which occur under the account.

The Player agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration, which includes all information requested on original sign up. Validation code will be sent to the Players email address upon completion of the registration. Also, the Player grants UplandKnights.com the right to disclose certain registration data about the UplandKnights.com Player to third parties. If any registration data is incorrect, UplandKnights.com retains the right to terminate the Players account, and right to use the service.

The playing of this game and these terms of service are governed by the laws of The United States of America. In case legal action becomes necessary by UplandKnights.com as a result of any violation of these terms of service, jurisdiction and venue shall be proper in The United States of America.

The Player agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of this product. Furthermore, the Player agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from UplandKnights.com without the prior written consent from UplandKnights.com, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising UplandKnights.com and labeled so.

The Player agrees to indemnify UplandKnights.com against liability for any and all use of the Players account. The game allows The Player to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, the Players conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. The Player will not use the service to send or post chain letters, junk mail, spamming, content that could be considered rude or offensive, pornographic or distribution lists to any other, player, admin or other at any time.

The Player agrees not to transmit in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. The Player further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

UplandKnights.com reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to the Player with or without notice, which includes, but not limited to updates, changes, or restart of game. UplandKnights.com shall not be liable to the Player or any third party of modification or termination of its service. UpalndKnights.com  may change the terms and conditions of the disclaimer from time to time.

UplandKnights.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with absolutely no reason. All accounts created are property of UplandKnights.com.

Cheating is a violation of this agreement and will result in the termination of this agreement and the account as. Cheating is explicitly defined, but not limited to, the following:

Multiple Accounts. You may only access a single game account for which you are responsible. It is a violation of this agreement to (a) utilize more than a single account, (b) use any account for which you (or in the case of a minor a parent(s) or guardian(s)) are not responsible, and (c) grant anyone else besides yourself access to your account.

"Farming". You may not freely allow your own score to be reduced to the direct gain of another player. An example of this would be "attack", where an in game attacker and defender have consented in advance to let the attacker steal resource objects or kill the defender with reduced or no risk to the attacker.

Automated Accesses: You may only access the account yourself. The use of any automatic third party software, scripts, or any other automated process that occurs without your explicit control at the point in time the game access is made is strictly prohibited.

UplandKnights.com is the sole judge in determining whether or not an account has been cheating. On detection of a cheating account, the account will be "suspended". A suspended account can no longer be accessed, or interacted with within the Game. An email will be sent to the registered owner of the suspended account with a brief explanation of the action. The account owner will be given 7 days to appeal the decision, by which time the account with either be reopened, or deleted and this agreement terminated. UplandKnights.com decision is final with any account suspension.

As part of your Account, You can upload and link content to our servers in various forms, such as, but not limited to, the selections you make for the Game and in chat rooms and similar posting areas, the Guild pages, content on the forums, and in game messages (collectively, the Players "Content"). The Player Content shall not: (a) infringe any third party intellectual property, other proprietary or publicity/privacy rights; (b) violate any law or regulation; (c) be defamatory, obscene, pornographic or harmful to minors; or (d) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. We may take any action with respect to your Content if we believe it may create liability for us or may cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers. You hereby grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicense able (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all intellectual property rights, in any media now known or not currently known, associated with your Content. The Player accepts that due to the real-time nature of the Game, any content in violation of this agreement may not be dealt with immediately.

The Player will be required to choose a Player name. While the Player is encouraged to use a pseudonym, especially if the Player is a minor, The Player may not pick a name that violates anyone's trademarks, publicity rights, other proprietary rights, or names that can be found to be insulting. Knights names, Guild names, Village names, and Player names are subject to the same content restrictions as all other user content documented in this paragraph. UplandKnights.com will determine, in our sole discretion, if a name is unsuitable, and may choose to remove the account..
